What this site code does not collect

The current Raku review site is static. Its code does not provide a contact form, user account, chat widget, quote tool, calculator, payment flow, analytics service, advertising pixel, consent manager, or remote font. The site code does not set a cookie.

This statement describes the current source and review build. Any later addition of analytics, forms, scheduling, payments, embedded media, advertising, or another data service requires a separate privacy review and an update to this page before launch.

Hosting and request data

A browser must send technical request information to retrieve a site, such as an IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser information, and network headers. A hosting, network, security, or domain provider may process or retain that information under its own terms and configuration.

Raku does not claim on this page that infrastructure providers keep no logs. The production host and its settings must be verified before this site leaves review mode.

Phone links

Selecting a phone link asks your device to open its calling service. That communication is handled by your device, telecommunications provider, and the systems used by the recipient. Their terms and privacy practices apply.

Begin with a general topic and preferred response method. Do not disclose Social Security numbers, Medicare identifiers, medical records, employee health information, tax identifiers, full account numbers, or full policy numbers during initial contact. Do not send payment details or credentials here.

Raku does not use information from a direct inquiry to promise coverage, approval, pricing, savings, or a professional engagement. Information may be used to understand the request, respond, maintain an appropriate business record, protect systems, and meet applicable obligations. Do not send information that is not needed for those purposes.

Outside professionals and services

If you choose to work with a carrier, administrator, public agency, legal professional, tax professional, accountant, payroll provider, HR provider, medical professional, WIMPER, or another specialist, review that party’s current privacy notice, security information, retention terms, documented service scope, and service agreement before providing information. Raku coordination is limited to the agreed introduction or communication. It does not make Matt the provider or guarantor of that outside service.

Ask the responsible party how it will handle sensitive information before sending it.
